Glad to help. The one I posted is the free version. There's a version available for purchase (or there used to be) for $30 from JJ. If you're interested I think I have his email somewhere.

I hadn't seen this version, so thanks for sharing!! This one even has a quote from CoachDP -- and something I'm bound to use when I become a header again (re: shooting gaps).
