OLB Zone Read

VS TE I, Power I, split backs etc what are the coaching points for "OLB in zone read"?  In blitz mode OLB is aiming for deepest back/contain.  I like the idea of having him available to C gap as well, vs. mindlessly running upfield vs runs between the tackle.

Do you want the rb to get the ball or the qb to keep it? I think you start here

I always wanted the qb to get it. More hits on him the better. Running qbs dont like getting smacked.
