Yep, I'm in.  This will be my third year running it - 5th and 6th grade team.

We are definitely running this crazy defense this year. It will be my second but with a new team.

I'm running it at 10u. Dabbled in it this spring with 8u. I think I'm gonna still have a cover 1 package too by moving Mike to NT, SS to Mike, FS to middle, Corners have TEs and OLBs have have back. Probably only gonna use cover 1 against 2 TE sets and goaline.

I was told there is one other person who has done it with success.

In addition to my 8th graders, I coach HS defense.  We have been 4-2-5 cover 3.  Our defense was not bad last season.  At times I think we waste a player at FS.  I think a better FS would also make our 4-2-5 sing, someone who could more actively participate in the run game.  Parts of this KB are so intriguing to me to add at the HS level, but . . .  To me, the concern is the hybrid safety/linebacker.  In one way, it resolves my concern for the wasted FS in our 4-2-5.  In another, I have concerns that the KB safety will not be able to be good at both run and pass defense, and a good offense will be able to mess with the KB safeties, either run at them, or pass over them.  If that position can be done with bigger stronger and faster athletes on both sides of the ball, then I think KB would do very well at the HS level.  I am still thinking about it . . .

Three HS coaches have it but only one reported his success (10-0).  The other two never notified me of how they did but one of those two was rated in the top ten of his state.  I don't know where he finished.

Any modifications made or run straight out of the manual ?

Definitely running it at the 11-12 age group - my assistants and I fell in love with it.  I was explaining to the guy who will run the defense and he said that is what they ran in high school in Guam to win a championship (though I am pretty sure it wasn't this exact defense)

Oh!  There's two for sure (And one of them is now in the manual.).  No big changes.
