I posted this here since the Cox forum isn't very active and it's really a double wing anyway...
This is 3rd grade football for this fall.
Is this player is a QB or TB for you in the Power Pistol:
Hands Down leader of team. First in drills, good attitude, kids magnetize to him. Top 2 athlete in the entire league. Great height, size, fantastic speed. I describe him as raw power and speed. Runs upright, and has a killer stiff arm. OK throwing arm, not special. Ate up with football. Even in 2nd grade he knows all the plays and what everyone's responsibility is.
There are other talented athletes on the team also. A couple small, jittery (and spazzy) speed kids. A few just overall solid kids with good speed, attitude, and instincts. Kids that are just solid backs.
Is this kid the QB and I find a TB? Or is this kid a TB, and I train up a QB?

Good input fellas. Thanks.
If he plays TB primarily, we can always run some stack as needed to direct snap and get things rolling down hill quicker.
Exactly. I ran a power sweep from stack also. Pulled the play side guard with it.
The greatest accomplishment is not in never failing, but in rising again after you fail.
