I finally got some good video of it but here's how i'm doing it this year to GREAT effect.  I offset left for my right hand snapper and run an XX fake in the backfield with a back turned to the LOS QB.... orbit behind QB for the 2 back after a fake 35 power.

Ours is similar except that once our QB gets his back turned to the defense, both of our WBs are crisscrossing to the QB with the motioning WB crossing first, followed by the other WB.

Coaches need to understand that their way of doing things isn't always the best way of doing things.  (Which is while I'll probably change to what you're doing.)

Sidesaddle style...

The longer I coach, the lesser I know.

@coachdp hahahah Yeah pretty much any multiple fake with the QB's back turned is usually a killer....

I love the side saddle idea too... I never like wedging out of gun due to the sketch snap but honestly it's working good this year...
