How is their passing game?

Do they run any plays that would break their tendencies?

Who do you see the TE typically block per your scouting?

Do they cover the TE (ineligable receiver) as you show in all those formations?

The run a sprint out to Te. And double streaks out of the Gun. DS to back but goes to Te side.

No tendency breakers that i've saw.

Our base looks like a WT6 we line up DT's on Te and DG's on guards they play A gaps and DT's C gap. Our Mike is a hybrid MIKE/FS. We have calls to move him over the center, back deep or on either side of offense.

Then I'd do what Buddy Ryan did. 46D. Two LBers over the TE.

If you know they are not going to run to the weak side and they cover the TE in all three formations I would look at the Nose and Nick call in the 63 defensive manual and place another reading defender on the strong side.

You could also place the weakside LB in the C-gap (inside the RDE) and the Strongside LB outside the TE

When they are in Gun, go to your normal defense and play RED.
