Do I Look Like I Give A F***

This was the early 1980's, & the bar we shot out of was notorious. We later find out it was run by a crew that specialized in murder for hire. Their M.O. was to slit throats, drain the blood, & chop up the body parts. Needless to say there was several interesting characters that stayed in that bar.

There has been books written on this crew as well as several documentaries. HBO did a whole series on one guy called the Iceman.

That's Roy DeMeo and his crew isn't it? I remember reading a book about that after I saw the movie Goodfella's in the early 1990's. That is some crazy stuff.

Dat's Dem

Roy was a bookie & a loan shark. He sat in the corner & you just knew not to bother him. Also no one ever sat in his seat.

I owned a retail seafood market about 4 blocks away. The Iceman would buy his fish & shrimp from me. I had to pack it in ice for his ride back to Jersey, ironic.

In the early eighties the entire crew began to fall apart. They would kill each other than cry at the funeral.
