I had a little extra time to read this off season.  I was looking for answers to questions my son will ask me about training. I stumbled a crossed this book.

Key points about getting rid of distractions and getting the correct rest.

This information is spot on.  However, most coaches don't realize that the information given should be used for themselves, instead of the players.

Im actually writing a "blog post" right now for mosley referancing "the strongest shall survive" by Bill Starr
