Coach, we use OIL which works well and is easy to install and for kids to understand. Once the boys have the fundamentals down, usually 4 th grade we add pulling guards when uncovered, and also implement some zone blocking on Sweeps and Toss plays. We build progressively each year.

I have a particular film I use when teaching the Bone system in clinics I've done. It is from our 8th grade select team that came in 4th in a national tourney running these same plays. We always have to stress 'run the dad-gum DIVE, and this film shows the effect of putting that in play. We destroyed a much higher ranked / larger/ faster team. Lemme post a link for you...
