With RPO I couldn't say, but there was an article in Athletics in 1980 or slightly earlier about "shotbone", which was triple option from shotgun with no fullback. The dive was a wingback who motioned or otherwise bellied quickly back in the opposite direction from the trailer wing. So you might try a library that has an extensive coaching collection including Athletics. I'm not sure "shotbone" was in the article's title, though.
