Off Season QB Training Help
Does anyone have a training regiment for their QB's they use in the offseason that they would care to share ? Specific weight lifting exercises or footwork drills etc.
I saw a couple but would like more. One I saw was the medicine ball throw from the pre-pass (they have to hitch up a few times to get the momentum). But it looked like a good drill to get the drive aspect of the throw down. All my QB's struggle driving their weight from back leg to front.
Anything you could give me I would appreciate. Thanks.
