Charting offense and defensive plays during the game.
I went and watched that play. The corner sniffs that out from the first step the wr takes. No way that guy should of got around that pick to make a play. Truly one of the most outstanding plays I have ever seen.
Probably because he got burned by the play in practice and they coached him as to what to do. Then he did it. Scouting, coaching and player execution all came together on that one play.
Its youth ball. Do you run enough plays that require charting?
Charting for practice off Hudl...yes. During the games? Not sure it would be worth the efforts. The play caller cant do it so who would do it?
Its like scripting the first 10 plays for the Offense so you can be like Bill Walsh. Well...what if you only run 10-12 plays?
Exactly this, I know what I ran when I see the film on HUDL. For me it's youth football, Ive got a dozen or so calls tops that it can be. Offensively, my OC last year had a pad with all the plays and just numbered next to them on the excel spreadsheet in succession.
