Don't forget a ball needle to deflate the balls to just barely below regulation.

A lot of great suggestions and it's going to be a big bag! LOL  How about Emergency Contact information?

In Pop Warner you have this monstrosity called your "book". It must be at every practice and game. It has all contact info in it. But if you don't have one of those you better have contact info handy.

Do you have an emergency procedure written down? Who does what if we get a kid with a serious injury. We are required to have one and everyone must have a copy.

This season I splurged and bought one of these:
http://www.sportsadvantage.com/football-managers-bag

In said bag I have the following:

-12 balls total.  Some standard leather, some GST, some composite different brands.  Some leather balls "prepped" some not (see below)
-Ball prep kit https://www.amazon.com/Wilson-Game-Ball-Prep-WTF992700/dp/B01HGX5WK6
-Kicking tees / place kicking tee
-Air pump
-Extra mouth guards
-White board & dry erase markers
-towels / shamwows to dry off footballs
-Wrist coaches
-Hand warmers
-Play call sheets and depth charts - I keep in one of those aluminum contractor clipboards
-all necessary paperwork, ID cards, team binder, etc.

The one thing I need to add to the game-day kit is helmet hardware kit and an extra set of screw-in cleats with wrench wouldn't be a bad idea either.  Some medical tape or something to tape up cleats would be a good addition too.

All of the medical crap is in a different bag that the EMT should have.

If you show up for a fair fight, you are unprepared.

We use 2 bags.

One for equipment (one coach is responsible for this):
- balls (4)
- cones
- kicking tee and kicking block
- colored helmet beenies
- mini-medical kit (we have a regular one that is separate with more stuff)
- ladder

and then I have my grab bag for everything else, such as:
- Towels
- hand warmers
- helmet equipment (screws, snaps, extra straps, chin guard)
- mouth guards
- screwdriver and needle nose pliers
- duct tape
- medical tape and wrap
- whistles
- pump with needle
- gum
