After I drowsed thru the day, why's the caffeine have to hit now?

And by the way, Bob - I've challenged you on this before, on Huey's.  If you KNEW the other team flipped, what would you do defensively to counter that?  You've seen our offensive responses, so what defensive adjustments would you try to make?  Don't believe I've ever seen a response to that with specific "here's what I'd do".

I thought I did answer at that time.  Want to go over it again here?

I'm going to try to go back to bed.  Maybe tomorrow if I have time after finishing a project I'll work up a diagram in Mahonz's style.  In the meantime, just find a defense plan against unbalanced single wing and use that, aligning by the power guards.  Even better, if the offense has super power, treat the gap between the power guard & power tackle as center of the line.

Still haven't finished the non-football project but I'll try to work this up some time before I go in for cardiac cath Tue.  Let's see if I have the parameters right:

You run super power toss off tackle, toss sweep and/or rocket sweep to the power side only.

You have a flat, no-mo WB sweep to the quick side with one or both of the quick OL leading.

You wedge on the C.

Your counter winds up going to the power side, so that it's countering a toss that you don't actually run.

Your power guard traps across C -- or your quick guard traps across C, or both?

You have quick passes and maybe a play action pass off toss.

You might have belly G, but if so it's to the power side.

Do you have a bootleg, and if so to which side?

These are the base plays in 2 seperate series from his 2012 playbook.  Remember the FB is always offset to the power side.

Toss Series:

1 - Toss -  Off Tackle play.  It is taught both ways and just flip line.
2 - Toss Cut - FB Counter Trap to the quick side.
3 - Toss Reverse - Outside WB Counter
4 - Super Toss - HB Power Sweep
5 - Toss Spin - QB Iso into the open Gap on the power side (be it a, b or c)
6 - Toss Pass - HB or QB Flood Pass

Quick Series: All Plays NoMo on first sound.

1 - Quick Wedge - FB Wedge on Center
2 - Quick Trap - FB Quick Trap to the Quick Side
3 - Quick Sweep - WB Quick Sweep to the Quick Side
4 - Quick XX - HB XX Counter to the strong side.
5 - Quick Dive - FB Dive to the bubble on the strong side
6 - Quick Boot/Pass - QB Bootleg/Pass Option to the Strong Side

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.

Looks pretty close.  Use Courier font face if you want to line these up more precisely.
