Will Harrell used to coach a youth team in single wing in that vicinity, but quit a few years ago.
I know I'm late to the show here, but Refugio just won the class 2A state championship running single wing and went undefeated on the season. Score was 28-7 I believe. You can sometimes find them showing replays of it on Fox Sports SW.
And when it comes to BBQ, Texas All DAY, my friend!! ?
