I watched the first half and you're right.  They line up looking like single wing but play it like shotgun wing T, with the added feature of some snaps to the blocking back -- which the announcers never noticed!  But that announcer also considered a common counter a trick play, so doesn't take much to fool them, huh?

Mingus has had a tradition of tough nosed play and great wing T. Coaching change a few years ago transitioned to a spread passing attack. Last year they didn't win a game. New coach this year brought back Wing T and very solid weights program. Lots of underclassmen starting this year. Good thing ahead for their program.

Indeed they were.  Looked a little different at first but then I recognized it as the type where there's reverse pivot only on belly series, not buck series.
