Anyone have any good defensive formations/stunts to block PATs they could share?
You could go with an outside speed rush where you attack the EMLOS. I would have one on his outside shoulder and another just next to him. Work on one of them coming free on the outside edge.
I preferred hitting B gap hard. You can’t hit the center, so we would look to push the OG inside towards the center and then have a LB crash hard through B gap. Had more success with that.

Since most team lock legs we need to break the fence. We rush opposite A of the kicker btw.
4 rushes the A gap chips center to knock him over from the Side!
5 down blocks the guard
Backer rushes over where guard is pre snap, bc he wont be there in a second.
Wallah about 40% success rate at high school 4a in Pa
I can explain it to you, I can't understand if for you.

Overload the side opposite the kicker's foot with your 3 best/fastest/quickest kick blockers. Send 3 on 2 to the WB there. You can cross them and play games if you want, but I'd rather just have them all go in a straight line and come hard off the edge.
Make sure the edge rushers are all aiming for a spot about 2' in front of the holder and are laying out and getting horizontal, rather than just jumping straight up in the air.
Put your taller, rangier kids in the middle to try to go up and block the kick like a shot in basketball, but they have to be careful not to hit the snapper while his head's down--they should be over the Gs, not the C. If the team knows anything about how to block for a FG, you will not get inside penetration so their best bet is to just get off and try to jump up high and swat the ball out of the air.
Don't send edge rushers from the other side. It's dangerous and you risk a couple of your own kids slamming into each other at full speed, causing an injury. Backside of the rush, the edge players should simply be in man coverage and contain in case the FG is faked or the snap is bad.
Blocked kicks are usually more about the holder, snapper, and kicker than anything else. If it's a bad snap, is bobbled, a bad hold, or the kicker is otherwise late getting there or kicks it low, that's when kicks get blocked. The kicks you block in HS and youth ball are often kicks that wouldn't have gone through to begin with.
