Ive helped some coaches here using Louies "jump protocal" which is essentially 40 -60 maximal exertions a week.  We normally do these as gpp in place of sleds, prowler, or wheel barrow. Jumps are measured in distance or height never volume.  We take about 45- 60 secs between jumps.  The no huddle teams (2) i recommended doing them every 30 sec and working to lower rest intervals.

Anyway i finally found the Shane Swett video that goes over 2 very good jump variations briefly.

I can explain it to you, I can't understand if for you.
