Saw a youth mma class tonight. Some pretty cool stuff. The end of their warm up they did a push up ladder.
1 push up
Then stand up
2 push ups
Then stand up
Ect ect
They went to 20 is one shot. Probably the most exhausting, sport specific conditioning ive seen thats creative and not mind numbing.
