See pick below. I’ve always been big on trying to get our teams to take pride in running a system w/ so much amazing history. One of the reasons we’ve traditionally worn the Winged helmet decals (we didn’t last year cuz our board screwed us).

They’ve gotten a little better. At least they allowed us to declare D1 while everyone else went D2 D3. The decals was a deal where they were trying to make us all wear the same thing. Normally our team is the only team w/ winged helmets. They wanted to promote unity... blah blah blah. Anyhow, we’ll have em back this year. I finally caved & joined the board as the treasurer.

You need to he president with veto power. Or just Grand Emporer with absolute control.

I’m positioned well now. I have most of the votes on the board. Wherever I go they’ll go. The big difference now is I actually have flexible work that allows me to see things through. I don’t have to count on anyone else to follow through on my ideas.
