Well hello everyone hope we are all fine, many of you old timers know me, I have taken a few years off and due to some health concerns I wanted to focus on that and spending time with my son. Currently I am in a very small town and no one knows me as "coltscoach" so it is hard for me to just break into coaching. I would like to help with some level of the local HS but I need some reference letters... Those of you that know me know how hard this must be for me to even ask this. But trust me this is needed, our town needs it, I need it and lord knows these kids need it.

good luck in finding a coaching job in Alabama...one might take a guess that nepotism runs rampant there as it does the rest of country, if not worse, and if your the new guy...Im just sayin, probably got to start off as a bag holder asst coach, or go youth asst coach SOMETHING! but if your swinging for the fence and think a new-blood is gonna get a HC position at local HS thats a tall order.
shoot id take coaching o line for a pee wee team. right now I just miss it .. its been a while but the fever is still flowing in the past 15 years my spread is now everywhere and Im thinking no one seen the wing t in few years nor have they seen a true 4-4 stack... just might be able to beat the breaks off some folks bwhaaa
