New to the board and am currently a position coach for a semi-pro team and the head coach of a 12U team. I am an option guy at heart but am currently using double wing with my young team. I'm also in love with the 10-1 on the youth level. I am young but I am your grandfather's kind of coach. I believe in running the football, stopping the run, and I dedicate just as much practice time to special teams as I do offense and defense. Interesting tidbit, I once ran nothing but Power for an entire football game. I didn't vary the formation or even the direction we were running it, only the personnel so everyone could get touches. We won 48-6... LOL
