Pretty rare you find a “dead in their tracks” tackler like that. The blow is delivered and there’s zero forward progress after that. Old school Mike backer.

What impressed me were his blocks. If he blocked them, they went down and they went down hard. Stopped dead in their tracks. But yeah they LB play was awesome too. I loved how he blew up the lead blockers and made the tackle. That was sweet!

Haha. That was my first thought as well. It is the Amazing Spidermen!

St. Phillips.  They made it to Pop Warner Super Bowl last two years.  Last year they played as Fairpark Cardinals and went 1-1 in Florida.  They were older-lighter this year and changed organizations, but same kids and coaches.  They went 2-1 at the Super Bowl in JPW Division 1.  Made it to final game but Virginia Beach Mustangs jumped on them early and that was that.

Maybe they should've stuck with the Spiderman jerseys in Florida instead of white!

Haha, he wishes. We did call that big arm brace you see him wearing his "JJ Watt brace."

Gruesome injury, you can see it at 2:40 in the video.  He whams the NG and braces his fall just in time for the Center and DT to collapse on his arm and dislocate his elbow inward.

Arm in a sling for 2 weeks, but didn't miss any games.  Wore a badass bionic brace for 6 weeks with hinges, metal struts and hyperextension straps, and then a lacrosse elbow pad over all that.

I blackfished a lot as a kid and I told him he looked like a Fiddler Crab haha.

That kid is definitely a stud but that's also a really good team overall. Some of the OL play was really impressive!

They were fun to watch, like the “Five D’s of Dodgeball.”

Block Blast Blitz Box... and Block 😀
